About
Behind it is Giovanni Coutinho: more than 17 years in IT, more than 8 running Kubernetes in production, and almost seven years on a global platform team at a crypto wallet and exchange.
That is where the name and the gold come from: Bit from Bitcoin, Ops from operations. BitOps does not sell crypto. It brings to businesses and homes the same care as running systems that could not stop.
Today we cover five areas: automation and AI, business networks, infrastructure and DevOps, smart homes and consultancy. Mentoring and courses may come later.
How we work
Understand before proposing
Conversation and diagnosis first. The proposal comes after, with scope and timeline in writing.
Everything documented
Configuration in code, decisions recorded, access handed over. What we built stays understandable after we leave.
Remote by default
Design, configuration and support are remote. Cabling and physical installation happen on site.
No promise one person cannot keep
Brasília business hours, no made-up night shift. What goes in the contract is what can be delivered.
